With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Powell of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Charles and Edna Charles (Groff); and her siblings, Wendell Charles and Elaine Kreider. She is survived by: her husband Donald Powell; and her brother David Charles.
