We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Richard D. DeCosmo of West Chester, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene D. DeCosmo; his children, Christine Marie DeCosmo, Janice Mary DeCosmo, Marian Cecile Ward, Paul Andrew DeCosmo, Carolyn Marie Zele, Joseph Michael DeCosmo, Dawn Marie Zimmerman and Dana Ann Phillips; and his brother Ronald DeCosmo. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The Richard DeCosmo Presidential Scholarship Fund at DCCC would be appreciated.
