He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jakubowicz; his grandson Peter Jakubowicz; his children, Henry, Clementine of Oregon and Caroline Nelson (Lance Nelson); his grandchildren, Casey, Claire, Grace, Lucy and Aaron of Pennsylvania; his daughters, Susan Jakubowicz of Massachusetts and Maryann Carroll (Robert Carroll); his granddaughters, Hope and Mae of Maine; and his uncle Joe Orluk.
