He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel. He is survived by: his daughter Carol Nielsen of West Chester, PA; his granddaughter Dr. Jenny Nielsen; his son-in-law Dr. Anthony Bocchicchio; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Riley Bocchicchio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
