In the vast expanse of eternity, Roger shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roger farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Winona Essick; and his brother-in-law Ronald D. Gesualdo. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann "Sis" Godfrey; his daughter Lisa Lane (Daniel); his grandchildren, Daniel Jr. (Miranda) and Jessica; and his goddaughter Wendy Miller.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Ss Simon & Jude Church (8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, PA 19382). The inurnment will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Valley Forge Memorial Gardens (352 S Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406).
