Ruth V. Hoxter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth V. Hoxter in West Chester, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Hoxter. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Hoxter and Valerie Hoxter of Chadds Ford. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Baptist Church of West Chester (221 S High St, West Chester, PA 19382).
