We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2019, at the age of 65, Stephen Ernest Atene (West Chester, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Atene and Theresa Atene (Kane); and his sister Kathleen Atene Fuse. He is survived by: his wife Donna Zaprala-Atene; his daughters, Shannon Ackley (Billy) and Jessica Steyn (Hennie); his sister Barbara Fairbrother (Rob); his grandchildren, Bradley, Elizabeth, Jacob, Noah and Micah; his stepmother Angelina Atene; and his niece Tara Atene.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve's name to his church - East Goshen Bible Church, 902 North Chester Road, West Chester, PA 19380.
