Though Susan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Susan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Soon Y. Leong and Frances Fong Lan Ng; and her husband Philip Sam. She is survived by: her children, Debra Sam, Phillip W. Sam and F. Gail Metzner; and her siblings, Sandra Lee (Eddie), Vivien Leong (Harvey), Leslie Leong (Lucille) and Roland Leong (Kathy). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Advent Lutheran Church (1601 Green Ln, West Chester, PA 19382).
