He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Fitzgerald and Elizabeth Matlack Fitzgerald; and his siblings, John "Bob" Fitzgerald and Barbara Rhodes. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Sheller Fitzgerald; his children, Timothy M. Fitzgerald (Laurie Roe) and Michelle Walker (Mark); and his granddaughters, Nicole Walker and Ashley Walker.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the VFW Post 106 (837 Lincoln Ave, West Chester, PA 19380).
