He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Hicks and Winnie Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hicks; his children, Jeff Hicks, Jill Landis and Tammy Hadfield (Richard); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Allyson Burkhardt and Jonathan Landis.
