He was predeceased by: his parents, Kwang Won and Namyee Kim. He is survived by: his wife Kwang Ja Kim; his children, Margaret Kim (Ali Koluman), Richard Kim and Carolina Kim (Damon Zucca); and his grandchildren, Skyler Kim-Schellinger, Hadrian Kim-Zucca and Nils Koluman.
