He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph H. Goss and Catherine P. Goss (Fleck); his daughter Kimberly Goss; and his siblings, Anna Jean Bartley and John E. Goss.
He is survived by : his children, William J. Stratton of Clearfield, Jeffrey L. Goss of West Decatur, Tammy Cutler (Carrol Cowder) of Clearfield, Beth A. Goss (Tom Hemphill) of West Decatur and Joseph P. Goss, Jr. (Bonnie Kyler) of West Decatur; his siblings, Faye Flickinger of Clearfield and Glenn T. Goss of West Decatur; his grandchildren, Stephanie Stratton, Billy Stratton, Tyler Stratton, Johnathan Goss, Logan Goss, Jessica Wisor, Jeremiah Wisor, Heather Trinadad and Jordan Luzier; and his former life partner Royetta Goss (Washburn) of Clearfield. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
