He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Samuel and Nadine Amelia Fleck (Graham); his wife Rosalie Bloom (Catalano); his foster daughter Sheila Bloom; and his sisters, Edna Bickle and Sara Smith.
He is survived by : his grandson Isaiah; and his siblings, Carol Baroni (Thomas) of Clearfield, Mildred Walls of Morrisdale, Ronald Fleck (Darlene) of Port Matilda and Roy Fleck of West Decatur.
