He was predeceased by : his father William Czar. He is survived by : his mother Helen Czar (Danko) of Philipsburg; his daughter Amy L. Bloom (David) of Philipsburg; his grandsons, Joseph W. of Philipsburg and Jonathan R. Bloom of Philipsburg; and his siblings, Shirley A. Kreamer of Marysville, Bonnie L. Eckberg of Philipsburg and Thomas M. "Tom" Czar (Tina) of Philipsburg.
