It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Phipps of West Grove, Pennsylvania, born in West Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Hopper and Pearl Hopper (Gamble); her husband Barney Roscoe Phipps; her sons, Claude and James Phipps; and her brother Wayne Hopper.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennie Hoover (Lee) of Jennersville, PA; her sisters, Laura Jenkins of West Grove and Mary Hash (Walter) of Coatesville; and her grandchildren, Patty Bryan (Jimmy) of West Grove, Linda Deeney (Dave) of Landenberg, Sherry Wardell (late Tommy Wardell), Mike Phipps (Dawn) of Maryland and Brian Phipps (Kara) of West Grove. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
