He was predeceased by: his father Bob Shappell. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Shappell (Buffington); his children, Molly and Liam Shappell; his sister Amy Vandercapellen (Butch); and his nephew Erik Vandercapellen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Penn Oaks Golf Club (150 Penn Oaks Dr, West Chester, PA 19382). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
