He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Tice and Helen Haney Tice. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia T. Urbanik (Michael) of Peach Bottom, PA and Bill Tice of Christiana, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
