He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Leszczynski of West Grove and James Smith of Bluffton, SC.; his sister Michelle Smith of Annapolis, MD; and his grandmothers, Catherine E. Leszczynski of Downingtown, PA and Jean M Smith of Summerfield, FL..
