He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Chapin and Paul F. Kramer; and his brother Dale Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Greer, Darlene Delawder, Paula Moore (Gary), Kenneth Kramer (Marie), Richard Kramer (Beth), Della Robertson (Tom) and Julie Faries; and his grandchildren, Logan Vaughn, Lukas Kramer, Carson Cooper, Kennedy Vaughn, Alivia Cooper, Liam Vaughn and Layne Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Foulk Funeral Home of West Grove (200 Rosehill Rd, West Grove, PA 19390).
