She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kuba and Anna Kuba (Mihalik); her husband Harry; and her siblings, Stephen, Michael, Thomas, Joseph, Catherin Berta (Kuba) and Mary Leggo (Kuba).

She is survived by: her brother Albert (Mary Ann).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Holy Name of Jesus Parish, 213 West Green Street, West Hazleton, PA 18202 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
