He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Macuch, and Ruth Macuch, Sr. (Butler); and his siblings, Ruth Pierucci and Richard Macuch. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Titus; his children, Robert "Duke" Macuch (Brooke) of Wapwallopen and Tracy Macuch (Brian Velky) of Freeland; and his grandchildren, Piper, Chloe and Eli.
