He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cunningham and Dorothy Cunningham. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Cunningham (Michele); his stepson Gary Nau; his grandchildren, Christopher (Laura) and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Annabelle and Luca; and his siblings, Lloyd Cunningham, Diana Cunningham, Wayne Cunningham (Kathy) and Donna Ladik. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
