He is survived by: his wife Elaine J. Koch (Snyder); his grandchildren, Logan N. Pettinato (Erin Doherty) of Wernersville, Daniel Pettinato of Phildelphia, Carly Bieber of Berks County and Aaron Bieber of Berks County; and his sisters, Nancy Schaeffer and Judy Hartman.
