He was predeceased by: his mother Florence B. Mills (Ortman). He is survived by: his father Thomas Leo Mills Sr.; and his siblings, Thomas Leo Mills Jr. of Plum, Michael David Mills of Apollo and Lisa Ann Mills of Greensburg.
