She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rua and Christina Rua (Vota); her daughter Cynthia E. Venturini (Cook); her grandson Justin J. Hancock; and her brother Joseph J. Rua.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth V. Cook of West Leechburg; her daughter Darlene Smith (Robert) of Brackenridge; and her grandchildren, Christina and Nicholas.
