He was predeceased by : his parents, Phyllis L. Fobes (Gere) and Ernest E. Fobes; his wife Julie J. Fobes (Evans); and his siblings, William Eugene Fobes, Vaughn Eric Fobes and Betty Darlene Fobes.

He is survived by : his daughters, Terri Lynn Manayan (Conrad) of Chapin, SC and Jeanette; his grandchildren, Justin M. Hibpshman, Elise R. Hibpshman and Kyle Z. Hibpshman; his pet Lady; and his friend Bob Pebbles.
