She was predeceased by: her grandson Ray Allen Kosuda; her parents, Alfred Hornfeck and Mildred Hornfeck (Boyce); and her brother Edwin Hornfeck (Pat). She is survived by: her husband Leonard "Poe" Kosuda; her children, Linda Jodoin (Russell), Raymond Kosuda (Donna), Melanie Cvetic (Michael) and Lorrie Whiteside (Daniel); her grandchildren, Nathan Kosuda (Angel), Nicholas Cvetic (Patricia), Christina Petricca (Christopher), Devin Kosuda (Amber Renfroe), Drew Whiteside, Adam Whiteside, Lila Whiteside and Dustin King; her great grandchildren, Madison, Timothy Kosuda, Joseph, John Cvetic, Emily Petricca, Ah'Miracle, Bentley Kosuda and Ava Kosuda; and her siblings, Margaret Fazio (late Lee), William Hornfeck (Shirley), James Hornfeck, Marie Petrovich (late Paul), Alfred Hornfeck (Judith), Joseph Hornfeck (Sharon), Dennis Hornfeck (Nancy), Philip Hornfeck (Laurie), Josephine Boone (Bruce), Patricia Brennan (Vincent) and Regina Kimak (Steve). She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brusco-Napier Funeral Service, Ltd. (2201 Bensonia Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (1810 Belasco Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). An entombment will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (2900 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317).
