He is survived by: his children, Norman Zak, David Zak and Christine Zak; his grandchildren, Tyler (Brittany), Jeff (Danica), Lauren, David, Alexis Zak and Justin Barber; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Kyland and Amelia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
