She was predeceased by: her parents, Salem M. Green and Audrey Green (Verbanes); and her brother Michael Green. She is survived by: her caregiver Jefferson; her husband William J. Cudlipp; her children, Michelle Tart (Steve) of Sandy Springs, GA, Amy Huschak (Lisa) of Pittsburgh, Robert Huschak (Marnie) of Waco, TX, Heath Huschak (Jennifer) of Charleroi and Timothy Huschak (Paula) of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Preston Stewart (Angelica), Robert Huschak Jr. (Julie), Sarah Thompson (Noah), Madison, Allison, Nicholas and Juliette Huschak; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Damien, Chiara Stewart, Isla and Robert Huschak III. She is also survived by her nephews and cousins.
