With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael J. Stano of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Stano and Maria Stano (Stolz); and his brothers, Felix (Wanda) and Helmut (late Erna). He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Knauss (Timothy), Regina Takos (Michael) and Julie David; his grandchildren, Angela, Hannah, Alanna (Scott), Ashley (Kacey), Matthew (Megan) and Erik (Xochitl); his siblings, Horst (Helga), Magda Gietl (Hans) and Edda Stroll (late Erich); and his wife Betty Jean.
