She was predeceased by: her husband William R Gerhardt; her parents, Dorothy Puhatch (Matey) and John Puhatch; her brother John Puhatch (late Mary Sue); and her pet Mason.
She is survived by: her close friend Berny Kupec; her pet Murray; her sister-in-law Mary Sue; her children, Diane of Burgettstown and Bill of West Mifflin; her siblings, Ken Puhatch (Darlene "Cookie") of Altoona and Joyce Cuban (Larry) of Ashtabula, Ohio.; and her pets, Axel, Misty and Zeus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
