He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Meszar (Carrell); his parents, Michael Meszar and Marie Meszar (Adams); his brother Kenneth; and his niece Cheryl.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Meszar (Ilene) of Pompano Beach, FL and William Meszar (Aurora) of West Mifflin, PA.; his siblings, Karen Stewart and Karol Hess; and his siblings' children, Lisa Lorenz (Raymond), Lori Slekar, Jeanlynne Thomas (Dave), Jeff Meszar (Angie), Trisha Bubnowski (Ron) and Larry Hess.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Savolskis - Wasik - Glenn Funeral Home, Inc. (3501 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish (1 Saint Therese Court, Munhall, PA 15120).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnels to Towers.
