He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Meszar (Carrell); his parents, Michael Meszar and Marie Meszar (Adams); his brother Kenneth; and his niece Cheryl.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Meszar (Ilene) of Pompano Beach, FL and William Meszar (Aurora) of West Mifflin, PA.; his siblings, Karen Stewart and Karol Hess; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Lorenz (Raymond), Lori Slekar, Jeanlynne Thomas (Dave), Jeff Meszar (Angie), Trisha Bubnowski (Ron) and Larry Hess.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnels to Towers.
