She was predeceased by: her husband George M. Spirnak; her parents, Michael Milko and Anna Milko (Kostelnik); and her siblings, Michael Milko, Frank Milko, Raymond Milko, Joseph Milko, Eleanor Lucas, Paul Milko, Anna Marie Vargo, Jerome Milko, Bernard Milko and Stephen Milko.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Spirnak, George Spirnak and Mary Chalfant (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Anthony Joseph, Thomas Paul and Brianna Rose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
