He is survived by: his wife Tina Malunney-Hornfeck; his son Eric David Hornfeck; his stepchildren, Rachel Kolar-Schindler (Zachary) and Brian Kolar (Natalie); and his sister Cynthia Heckman (Boz). He is also survived by niece and nephew.
