He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Donnelly and Martha Lee Donnelly (Stillwagon); his wife Carmel Jean Donnelly (Cottone); and his brother John Robert Donnelly. He is survived by: his children, William H. Donnelly, Jr. (late Leslie), Robert J. Donnelly (late Roberta) and Carol Arena (John); his grandchildren, Kristi Lee, Billy (Shantel), Ashley, Bobby, Reagan, Rebeckah, Riona, Nikki, Amanda (Ian) and Johnny (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Williams (Liam), Cullen, Gabby, Franchesca, Ryley, Sawyer, Lincoln and Camden; and his sister Martha Jane Gillispie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
