We bid farewell to Allan Fulmer of West Newton, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 25, 2025 at the age of 88. Allan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott B. Fulmer Sr. and Sara Fulmer (Brunner); his siblings, Sara Jane Fulmer and Scotty B. Fulmer Jr.; and his son John Scott Fulmer.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kitty" Fulmer (Warner) of West Newton, PA; his children, Allan Jr. Fulmer (Tracy) of West Newton, PA, Shirley Pranger (Joseph) of San Antonio, TX and Janet Fulmer of Great Falls, Montana; his grandchildren, Scott Fulmer (Kelsey), Alicia Hickman (Andy), Derek Pranger, Samantha Pranger, Kathryn Barnes (Ryan), James Horne (Brenna) and Taylor Horne; and his great grandchildren, John Fulmer, Laine Fulmer, Madison, Makenna Hickmann, Maisie Hickmann, Addelyn Barnes, Lillian Horne and Violet Horne.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beatty-Rich Funeral Home Inc. (106 Main Street, PA-136, Madison, PA 15663). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Mill Bell Cemetery (256 Bells Mills Rd, West Newton, PA 15089).
