He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Harvey and Beatrice Harvey (Tannehill); and his brothers, Robert and Lloyd Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Judith Harvey (Addy); his children, Paloma Harvey (Paul), Howard Harvey and Rebecca Gulaskey (Ron); his grandchildren, Calvin Harvey, Cadence Gulaskey and Hunter Gulaskey; and his sister Ruth Ann Kmetz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Keystone Rail House (115 S 2nd St, West Newton, PA 15089).
