He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Floyd and Irene May Courie (Nagy); and his brothers, Billy Courie and John Courie. He is survived by: his siblings, Ginny Courie of Carmichaels, Vicki Barcelo of Fayette City, Butch Courie (Connie) of West Newton, Harry Courie of Bedford Heights, OH, Alan Courie of West Newton and Paul Courie of Waltersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
