With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jakob Lee Cochran of West Newton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, James Wayne Howard, David and Darlene Cochran; and his godparents, Joseph Mlinek and Nellie Melinek (Ronald).

He is survived by : his parents, Tammi Jo Cochran (Howard) and Jeffery Lee Cochran; his children, Carson, Cody and Carmen; his brother Jericho Cochran; his grandmother Sandy Howard; and his aunts and uncles, Wayne Howard (Candy) and Tracy McKivitz (Robert).
