He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Jo Makin (Richard) of Parker, PA and Kandice Rudy of Coal Center; his former wife Billie Jo Rudy; his siblings, Deniese Conway and Mark Rudy; and his grandchildren, Andrew Lance Rudy, Richard Makin, Kandice Makin and Carol Jo Makin.
