He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Zurawski and Dorothy Zurawski (Perry). He is survived by : his daughters, Debra Gillon (David), Diana Hepple (John) and Bonnie Bergman (Andrew); his grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Bergman (Rick), Andrew Bergman III (Rhonda), David Gillon, Jr. and Lynn Hepple; his daughter Kelly Brewer (Adam); his sister Sandra DeNoble; his niece Cindy Thorne; and his nephew Tony DeNoble. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
