He was predeceased by : his parents, George Colarusso and Zelinda Casterline Colarusso (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Patrick Colarusso (Curley), Joseph Colarusso, Mary Martin and Doris Vidzar.

He is survived by : his wife Ruth Petritis Colarusso; his sons, Carmen Colarusso, John Colarusso (Lisa Mulhern) and Michael Colarusso (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Dana Colarusso and Abby Colarusso. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
