She was predeceased by: her parents, David L. Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Warren); and her siblings, Betty, Mary, Grace, Carolyn, Beatrice, Naomi and Robert.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Smith (Frances), Steve Smith (Carol), David Smith (Sidney), Leroy Smith, Genie Smith and Linda Plouffe (Alan); her children, Debbie Lizza (Michael), Roxanne (Harry), Mary Isaacs (Dennis) and Richard Allen (Carmen); and her grandchildren, Robert, Kayla, Seth, Brayden, Ben, Timothy, Jeffrey, Liz and Katie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
