He is survived by: his parent Ruth Park Lucy; his wife Monique Turgeon; his son James, Jr.; his wife Barbara of Florida; his siblings, Charles Lucy (Elizabeth) of Florida and Ruth Clappison (Harry) of Maine; his grandchildren, Christina Lucy, Jennifer Williams, Kristy Balas, Rachael Lucy and James Lucy III; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella Lucy, Brody Balas and Willa Balas.
