She was predeceased by: her father Charles Slade; and her husband Christopher J. Beetel, MD. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Martha Slade; her children, Kathleen Hanrahan (Patrick), Mary Ann Moffitt (John), Thomas C. Beetel (Amy) and Christopher P. Beetel (Cathleen); and her grandchildren, Brigid, Seamus Hanrahan, Annie Pichi (Alexander), John Paulik (Meredith), Ellie, Caroline Beetel, Madelynn, Sarah, Christian and Riley Beetel.
