He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Clodualdo T. Orquiza and Raymunda Soriano Orquiza; his brother Dr. Rene Orquiza; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Boyer. He is survived by: his wife Kaaren Boyer Orquiza; his children, Maria Elisa Orquiza (Maurice Brown) and Clodualdo S. Orquiza; his siblings, Danilo (Naomi) and Aurora; his grandchildren, Lucas, Julian, Vivi Orquiza and Isaac Brown-Orquiza; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsea, Candice and Paul Brown; his stepgreat-granddaughter Juniper Fox; and his brother-in-law Kieth W. Boyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
