He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Gartner (Frazier); his parents, George M. Gartner of Wyomissing and Pereane Stewart (Richard) of Port Orange, FL.; his daughter Alexandra P. Brunner (Ryan) of Robesonia; his sister Kelly A. Ifft (David) of Melissa, TX; and his sibling's children, Bailey Ifft, Jennifer Johnson, Andrew, Nathan Ifft and Sam Frazier.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
