He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius McFarland and Clara McFarland (Bennett); and his brothers, Gary McFarland and Jordan Pellis. He is survived by: his wife Ramona McFarland (Althouse); his children, Gregory McFarland, Renee Fisher and Brad Fichthorn; his grandchildren, Samuel, Darien, Noah, Avery, Harper and Peyton; and his sister Barbara Walker.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Pleasant View Cemetery (650 Fritztown Rd, Sinking Spring, PA 19608).
