She is survived by: her husband Walter W. Kazmierczak, Jr.; her sons, Walter "Pete" Kazmierczak (Debbie), William "Bill" Kazmierczak (Debbie) and Ronald Kazmierczak (Mario Ferretti); her grandchildren, David (Amber), Andrew (Nicole), George Kazmierczak (Christeen) and Ellen Rohrbach (Michael); her great grandchildren, Kenny, Tyler, Austin, Michelle, Ethan and Hunter; and her sister Joan Rothenberger (Roy).
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church (3121 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605).
