He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. and Cecelia (Gieringer); and his siblings, Leo Loeper, Robert Loeper, Frederick Loeper, Albert Loeper, Valeria Moyer, Dolores Spanier, Cecelia Ranalli, Rose Marie Pawelski, Rita Sroka and Elizabeth Ferreri.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia H. Loeper (Steslow); his sons, Daniel (Stephanie) of Holland, PA, Gerald J. Jr. (Raquel) and Thomas of West Lawn; his grandchildren, Nathan, Allison, Kaitlyn, Adam, Anna, Duncan, Daria, Jared and Derek; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Steslow, Elaine Stestow and Joanne Loeper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
